Decolonial (Hi)stories #Self-portrait is an extension of Betty Tchomanga’s ongoing exploration of the links between intimacy and politics, through the medium of portraiture. Using her family name and lineage, as well as silences and memories that were not passed on to her, she revisits the History that links her two home countries: Cameroon and France.
